Irene Lazaridis is a Producer at Ars Nova Entertainment led by Jenny Steingart. Ars Nova Entertainment produces theater, film and tv, including projects like Freestyle Love Supreme and Black Dynamite. At Ars Nova Entertainment, Irene most recently was the Associate Producer on the Off-Broadway production, Ginger Twinsies and a part of the commercial producing team on St. Ann’s Anna Christie with Michelle Williams and The Public Theater’s antigone (this play i read in high school). She has also been the line producer for several Freestyle Love Supreme events throughout the country, including Freestyle+ with Bill Irwin at San Francisco Sketchfest. Currently, she is on the producing team of The Conversation, created and performed by Tony Winner Joshua Henry and Julia Harriman, beginning performances at the Astor Place Theater this fall. 

Outside of Ars Nova Entertainment, Irene is the lead producer of the annual arts festival, Cosmic Cherry, which showcases new works by emerging femme and LGTBQ+ artists. Since 2018, Cosmic Cherry has featured over 100 artists in various disciplines. 

Irene is a creative producer with expertise in experiential production, having produced works like Postcards From, a unique art exhibition at St. John’s Lutheran Church and various projects with Tiresias aka Evan Silver including HYPERFANTASIA at the Brick and UNDERWORLD at 3DollarBill. Irene has produced experiential projects for PBS, Amazon Prime, Facebook, CES, Pop Culture Collaborative, and Meow Wolf. As a theatermaker, she has produced work at Waterwell, the Tank, La Mama, Atlantic Theater, Paradise Factory, and more.
